Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to show the effect of e business as a trend in affecting theactivities of large companies and their way of doing business. David Liederbach, IBMDirector of e-commerce marketing defined ? E-business is extending any businessprocess from one company to its trading partners. And using web technology toautomate the internal business processes as well.
