JIBS is recruiting an Assistant Professor in Business Administration with focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

OUR OFFER TO YOU

The position comprises research and education activities at Bachelor and Master level over the different parts of the academic year. You will strengthen our teaching in logistics and supply chain management possibly including purchasing and sales, distribution, logistics services, humanitarian logistics and supervision of bachelor and master theses in supply chain management. Besides teaching and research, the holder of the position is expected to engage in the development of JIBS and to be engaged with business and society at large.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a PhD within Business Administration or equivalent academic competence.

You have experience of teaching in Business Administration amounting to at least one-year full-time teaching.

You have pedagogic education and evidence of pedagogical skills.

You have ability to create and develop national and international networks.

You have experience of obtaining research funding and can contribute new knowledge that strengthens JIBS reputation in the focus areas.

You are fluent in written and spoken English.

You have experience of academic leadership.

You are a team player, able to cooperate both within your own discipline and between disciplines.

You have the ability to individually structure and complete administrative work.
