Call for papers - Exchange Relationship Dissolution

Papers for this special issue of JMM can include a diverse range of conceptual and empirical (both qualitative and quantitative) works, focusing on e.g. the following issues:
· Defining key concepts in the area (e.g. dissolution, termination, ending, exit, switching, fading away, death, disengagement, weakening, sleeping relationship)
· Antecedents of exchange relationship dissolution (e.g. causal factors, reasons, influence mechanisms)
· Consequences of exchange relationship dissolution (e.g. on individual, team, actor, dyad, and network levels)
· Types of exchange relationship dissolution
· Stages of exchange relationship dissolution process
· Exit barriers or attenuating factors
· Relationship restoration, switchback or reactivation
· Methodological developments in exchange relationship dissolution research
· Managing the dissolution.
The deadline for papers is 1st of March, 2004 with the intention of publishing the special issue in November 2004.
