    IMP is in its 40th decade. Is it time for a makeover? The research into relationship interaction and networked B2B and purchasing done in the IMP community is said to oppose standard economic theory-based explanations of business markets. But how have competing and complementing B2B approaches developed during the past decades? Have the parallel developments in IMP and other B2B approaches led to convergence or are we even further apart today?
