“Managing in Relationships: Future Operational and Organisational Issues”
This seminar series is dedicated to discussions on relationship marketing. An initial meeting in Norwich (Dec. 2003) provided an overview of the domain and the conceptual foundations of relationship marketing. The following meetings (Nottingham, March 2004, and Middlesex, Sept. 2004) both discussed a particular application of relationship marketing. The seminars are open to interested academics (national and international), postgraduate students and market professionals (practitioners). We envisage an interactive seminar atmosphere with a mixture of presentations, group discussions, and panel statements. Renown subject experts will be invited as speakers.
